It was a tortilla wrap not a pita. No white sauce or red sauce and the lamb had no flavoring. Very disappointing.

My first time experienced at this place , regal keebab house was beyond expectational, late night early hours of 3am i was looking for a quick munch, warm welcome friendly service, delicious food, the potion was very generous, definitely i will be visiting there again.
